County Sheriffs across the Nation put the White House on notice.

No enforcement of Anti Second Amendment laws.

To date, 483 county sheriffs and 17 sheriffs Associations from across the United States have signed up to a directive by CSPOA - Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association that effectively states that they will not enforce any gun control legislation passed by congress that breaches the second amendment, 'The right of the people to keep and bear arms.

To date eight of them are from Kentucky.

Denny Peyman - Jackson Co, Kentucky * Michael A. Helmig - Boone Co, Kentucky * John Snedegar - Bath Co, Kentucky * Scott F. Harrison - Powell Co, Kentucky * Chuck Korzenborn - Kenton Co, Kentucky * Dave Greewell - Bullit Co, Kentucky * Scott Harrison - Powell Co, Kentucky * Chuck Dills - Grant Co, Kentucky.

In addition, the Kentucky State Sheriffs Association has also affiliated. Surprisingly 22 are from California and 12 from Illinois. We will keep you posted on KY signers.

In addition to Law enforcement officers, membership is open to supporters who back and identify themselves with the Sheriffs and Police officers who comprise the bulk. These are termed posse members. Details of membership are on CSPOA website. Pose members include Eva Challis (Instructor) and Steve Challis, our Lead instructor here at Harmony Hollow Firearms Training.

A message from Steve and Eva

In the early hours of Sunday the 10th June, in Orlando, Florida, a crazed ISIS sympathizer gunned down over 100 people in a Gay nightclub killing 49 of them, in the worst mass shooting in US history. Predictably, before the deceased had been moved, the anti-gun politicians were already taking to the airwaves to blame the incident on anyone or anything, other that the terrorist.

The FBI have already stated they are actively investigating active ISIS cells in all 50 States. ISIS have repeatedly ordered the murder of all homosexual men and women. The President, Presidential Nominees Clinton, and Sanders, have however all put the blame firmly on the AR-15 used, falsely stating the gunman used automatic weapons. All refuse to acknowledge the perpetrator as Islamic or even a terrorist. They ignore the fact the shootings took place in a gun free zone, as most if not all do. We have seen wild claims that the gunman was a right wing fanatic, that this was a hate crime. That Donald Trump, the NRA and even the Christian community were the real cause, and therefore were to blame.

Enough of the hysterics and falsehoods.

At times like this we need to forget about political correctness, and need to rigorously enforce our existing laws. We also need an administration that will confront the threat and not work to disarm our citizens and leave them defenseless, while continuing plans to bring in 100,000 refugees from Syria and the middle east with no background checks and no effective method of screening them. Our sympathies of course go out to the victims of this latest horror, not only for their loss, but for the failure of the current administration to protect them. In accordance with federal advice, we will no longer be able to offer training to any foreign national or any permanent resident who is employed by any foreign enterprise.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Harmony Hollow Firearms Training will no longer be offering Hunter Education

courses under the State scheme.

This decision has been forced on us due to a change in regulations that means in effect, we would be required to certify students we have neither trained or examined, as fully competent to carry and use a firearm. We have always placed a top priority on the safety of our students and are not prepared to implement a policy that is dangerous to both students and other hunters . This policy would leave us and any other Instructor open to criminal liability for injuries caused resulting from hunting accidents. We are sorry for the students that have shown an interest in attending the Hunter Education Course here but we refuse to compromise the safety of young shooters ,to increase the sales of Hunting Licenses. We will however continue to run First shots events and Hunter Education training in conjunction with our NRA program.

Growing list of Gun Manufactures boycotting

Government contracts

The backlash against States such as New York and Colorado continues with more gun companies announcing they will not sell firearms and associated equipment to States that ban such possession by its citizens.

These companies include the following.

All announced in February 2013. This means that law enforcement and security agencies Police Depts. and correctional facilities under State control will not be able to obtain weapons, ammunition or products from the following.

NSSF Providing Free Firearm Safety Materials

to Returning Servicemen and Women

The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) announces that it will continue providing free firearm safety materials, including gun locking devices, to America's returning armed services members. NSSF is the trade association for the firearms, ammunition, hunting and shooting sports industry.

In recent years, NSSF has donated and helped place tens of thousands of free firearm safety kits from its Project ChildSafe program into the hands of returning servicemen and women to remind and encourage them to safely handle and securely store firearms in their homes when they return to civilian life.

The firearm safety kits include a gun locking device and safety brochure that discusses safe storage methods that can help prevent access by unauthorized persons, including children, at-risk individuals and persons legally prohibited from possessing a firearm.

Project ChildSafe is the nation's largest and most comprehensive firearm safety education program, having distributed more than 35 million free gun lock safety kits in all 50 states and the U.S. Territories. The program, which once received significant federal funding, is today solely funded by the firearms industry through NSSF.
